I was born and raised in the Highlands but now live in Innerleithen. While novels are my main bag, I do write the odd short story and have been published in New Writing Scotland, Neon Magazine and Gutter, amongst others. I was lucky enough to win a Scottish Book Trust New Writers Award in 2017.
I’ve read my work out loud – and managed to avoid fainting – at spoken word events in Edinburgh. I was also lucky enough to appear at the 2017 Edinburgh International Book Festival as part of the Story Shop programme.
When I’m not writing you can find me slinging books for the city libraries or mucking about with a sampler trying to make hip hop.
